Manager and Staff attitude stinks!!!

My husband and I went to the store today just before they were closing to get a few things. We went around the store got our stuff in a hurry and went to the cashier to cash our items. My stuff came to R108.54, when I checked the slip I noticed that they over charged me by almost R9.00 on the Nutella, I asked my hubby to go fetch the tag which clearly showed R18.99 so the lady took me to the quick till to refund me, I asked the lady if I could take 2 more she said yes, so my husband went to fetch them. When at the till the 2 staff members and the lady helping me were screaming and shouting at each other in Zulu which I found extremely rude. The lady that was helping said that they will refund me first and then scan the other 2 for me, the other lady started giving me attitude and telling me I cannot get another 2, she and the rest of the staff around ganged up against us. David P harrased my husband trying to take the tag away from us. The lady with attitude called me an so I called her an back. This is not the 1st time this branch has done this to customers. I shop there all the time. I am going to put this in the paper if no one from takes this seriously!
