Worst Deposit refund experience eve

I wouldn't recommend Trafalgar to anyone after the pain i have been through.

1. first they wanted to charge me for 4 light bulbs that got burnt due to electric wiring
2. Then i have to pay 500 for cleaning when the place was filthy when i moved in, they can't even tell me what date the place was clean since they claim to have cleaned it.
3. I have to pay for the light cover which was broken when i moved in. my only fault here is that i signed the evaluation with "Lighting fitting" as broken and not "Light cover". I'm no inspection expert how the would i have know the difference. and i have shown them pictures of the light cover broken when i moved in. but no they still want me to pay for it.
4 The guy I'm dealing with is never at his desk, doesn't return my calls.
