How can you not make golf ball & pygmy LED bulbs?

How can one of SA's leading light bulb manafacturers not make golf ball and pygmy light bulbs in LED? Yes, SA is way behind the rest of the world in many spheres, but these bulbs are used all over the place, and we want them please. And in colour. If you are really trying to help with energy saving and going green, please supply us in SA with ALL types of light bulbs.
