Refusal to take back damaged light fitting

I on Saturday 24 August purchased lights from Lighting Warehouse Centurion. During installation, the electrician discovered that one o the kitchen lights was broken and skewed. I was there during the unpacking and installation.

when I returned the light for exchange, the sales manager was so rude with bad attitude. he told me that my electrician broke the light and they would not take it back or exchange it. He further told me that they checked the lights before I left the store, they might have checked all the lights, but that was done in my absence, so how can I trust that process. and still how could they check it if it was still on its package. The light is worth about R300. The sales manager was short of telling me to leave the store.

anybody, please if you may, take your sales elsewhere, this shop is bad bad bad bad...
