J.H.I/ SAN SERENO HOLD MY MONEY 10 YRS NO INTEREST

I paid a cheque in 2003 to be put on a waiting list for a property in San Sereno. I duly completed a form but NEVER RECEIVED a phone call or email, or anything at all during the 10 years.

Eventually I asked them to refund my money with interest. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY INTEREST ON MY MONEY. JHI/SAN SERENO admitted to having lost my application and refused to pay me out interest on my money. The said it was for administrative costs. Since they did not have any administrative costs applicable to me this is not correct.

They are a financial entity and I intend to go to the Financial Ombudsman to insist on my rights.
