Lost of 35000

Standard bank offer me Stan lib to invest money that I receive from my fiance passing. Ask for a investment that I won't lose any money, they gave my n fund from Stan lib told me my overall fees will be R9 600 after 1 month they took R18 200 of my money and every month there were less in my account and every month Hennie promised me not to worry, after losing R35000 and no interest money that was also n promise and a monthly income of R2500 interest money, I withdraw my money, I went to see bank manager and he contact them so they made me an offer for R9600 I didn`t accept it cause I lost R35000 rand and never receive any of those promised.
