Late refund of cash back bonus and interest

2 years ago, I called with regard to cash back bonus.and unfortunetly, i have since moved form the company that I was working in. only last week I spoke to one of the consultants and a form was sent to me. I sent the lady an e-mail to tell me the total amount of cash back with interest for the past two years.. She didnt respond, I then called today and she told me that there is no way that they are going to pay interest... so, am wondering as to wether this company is for real or is it a fly by night. and were is the consistancy, since they paid others interest and with me they dont want to pay interest.

can someone please help!
