Charging me "Tracer" fees

I have tried every possible avenue and could not get any joy from them. Please investigate :

o Uncalled and inappropriate appointment of a "Tracer" after I started arrangements to settle the account
o Over charging me with additional interest after I paid interest PLUS interest on arrears

I have settled this account but found afterwards that they added all these additional charges, in excess of R 2000.00! This is totally unaceptable as I have lost my job and feel that they are kicking a man when you are down. I need all the money I have to keep feeding my family!
