I received a bill of -R1200 Dec 2012, queried it with the Call Centre (0860 103 089) 14/01/2013 spoke to Zuko Ndabambambi Ref 1004590540, 11/02/2013 Asanda Nefu Ref. 1016611399, 12/03/2013 Sive Gade Ref. 36361779, 26/03/2013 Nicky Reid hang on to speak with the Senior call was dropped, 26/03/2013 Zotwa Gadu Ref 1004824033, I also send e-mails to the following addresses: correspondance.crm@capetown.gov.za, and it seems like the inbox is full because that mail came back, Accounts User [Accounts@capetown.gov.za], said they will get back with in 7days and still no reply, I was also told the request a meter reading report, why must i request it if i told them about my concern, why can't they follow up on it them selves, that's why they say the city works for you, that's why you see them sleeping along the road when they suppose to be working as what it was in the table talk last month, this is unacceptable
