Query on water meter reading - November 2012

This query originated in end of November 2012 and a request was initiated for the water meter to be inspected on 31 December 2012, after receiving the rates and water account for the period in question.
There has been delays upon delays with no RESPONSE FROM municipal officials, until the matter was escalated to the Financial HOD, when action was then taken.
Was advised by Ismail Thebus during the last week in February 2013 to have the water meter tested.
A fee of R1310-00 was paid at the Kraaifontein Municipality on Friday, 8 March 2013 for the water meter to be removed for testing.
To date there has been NO response from Municipal Officials when the water meter is to be removed for testing.
