I have applied for the Rate Rebate online on 15 Sept. All i have had is robotic replies so far. I send the completed documents to the following:

My dear sister has decided to take time off work TOMORROW 22 SEPT 2013 to manually hand in the documents at Somerset municipality.
Hope this is resolved before the next bill is due. Will we be refunded for the current bill which has not been rebated due to the slow process of registration?
