NOT ALLOWING CUSTOMER TO CANCEL ACCOUNTS

I would like to lodge a complaint on behalf of the company i work for, we have send 5 e-mail request to cancel our contract, where by we receive a automated msg that a agent will contact us soon, this is since 29/004/2013.

We have also called into the call centre on the following days with the following referance numbers, and are advised that the retentions department does not take calls they only call out??? As there retentions department also deals with the cancellations...

Requested to speak to the manager of Retentions and was advised that Thulani was not available but they will make sure that he contacts us back, Yes you geust it... Not even feedback from the manager.

In all the above correspondance we are told -
1. Send it again (how many times do we need to send it for someone to actualy resolve and attend to our request?)
2. They will call you back (When?)
