Good day kindly assist me with the following complaint. I have a contract with vodacom. Last month's they debited me more than what they should. Instead of R766 they debited R1178, I called before the transaction they told me about subscription which I did not subscribe to. They promised to refund my money. Apparently they did a refund as an airtime which I don't understand how because the to my money from. My bank account how the hell do they take my money and turn it into and airtime? I want my money and before 72 hours or I will escalate the matter.
