No stock and no refund

Having purchased cash furniture valued at R9350, 80 that was advertised, 4 weeks later they still had not delivered, on account of no stock.
They advertise stock they do not have.
Based on my complaint to the store manager, I was advised I could expect a refund in 4 days.
I was then informed it had not been processed as I was requested to go to the store and sign a refund request, which I duly did. This is just a delay tactic...
I was then advised the process will take 7 days. To date I have no refund and despite numerous calls to the branch, I have been told they are waiting for head office to process this.
I spoke to head office and they advised me that they only process refunds related to credit accounts, the branch is responsible for their cash refunds for COD customers.
Despite escalating the matter to Shelley and head office 011 408 0408, where you are put through to a contact centre that offers messages for call back, I await any response or refund of MY money.
