People

They don't send statements or SMS notifications before the month ends. So, I don't pay because nothing seems outstanding. I even went to the shop, and they checked; nothing was outstanding.

As soon as the new month starts, they just charge double and put you on debt collection, charging for every call. The first call, the lady didn't understand Afrikaans. The second lady also didn't understand me, was rude, and didn't give me any chance to explain what was wrong with their account department.

Your account department is terrible. The people calling clients lack personal etiquette, are rude, and hang up on me.
