I have a cell C contract number. Normally my monthly subscription with cell C is about R1000 a month. For the past 2 -3 months my account has been R1600 - R1800. This morning i called My Service provider and they informed me that Smartcall Technology Solutions is charging me R17.50 a day for a subscription service. i did not subscribe to this service because if i did subscribe i would have make use of the service for the money that i am paying.

I am unhappy about this and request a refund for this ridicilous charges that went of my account. Do you know what i could do with a extra R500 - R600 a month? 17.50 x30 Days = R525.00 if you do the math.

Another thing, if people do not use the service and pay for the service daily, why dont you call the customers and send them a sms reminding them to make use of the service they pay for huh?

I Called today to unsubscribe and to get more information about my subscription, they told me i subscribed at 26 of february.

I want my refund please.

and also unsubscribe me from this service.
