Unauthorized deduction of account (Rip OFF)

I have a cell C contract number. I have been received huge monthyl bills and This morning i called My Service provider and they informed me that Mira Networks is charging me `R39.00 every now and then. i did not subscribe to this service because if i did subscribe i would have make use of the service for the money that i am paying.

Another thing, if people do not use the service and pay for the service, why dont you call the customers and send them a sms reminding them to make use of the service they pay for huh?

I want my refund please.

and also unsubscribe me from this service. Since you number on your website do not work
