When i had to take my car for it's 30000km service i contacted Chery Ranburg for a quote, they gave me one. A week later i phoned to make an appointment only to be told that a 30000km service does noet exist (???). I phoned again the next day and made the appointment, easy enough. A week later i took my car in and asked specifically that they check my front wheelbearings as they're noisy. When i went back to get my car they told me they had to wait for the warranty to clear first. For a month after that i phoned twice a week and every time they took my number and said they'll look into it and phone me back. I'm still waiting for that call... 7 weeks after the service i phoned AGAIN and asked to speak to a manager and i was finally told " no warranty claim was filed, i have to bring my car for photos so they can file the claim". So on friday (5April) i sent an email that i will bring my car on 10 April for the photos, but received no reply. Today (9th) i phoned to check if all was in order and i was told that they were offline and i had to bring my car on the 11th. I've already put in a day's leave in this busy season and the bearings are shot. SO WHAT NOW???
