Smartcall ripping me off

When I received my MTN cellphone invoice this month there was an extra "Content Charge" for R646 on my account.
After calling MTN on the 14 May 2013 to enquire they confirmed that it is on behave of Smartcall Technology for some subscription which I never applied for.
I was transferred to Smartcall and requested proof of when I subscribed and immediate cancellation.
A few days later I again called MTN and the call centre agent again requested that Smartcall send me proof of the subscription.
To date I have not received any proof of me subscribing.

Smartcall Technology must please refund the R646 that is going to be deducted by MTN to me and must unsubscribe me and remove me from any database that any of my cellphone numbers appear.

They are ripping people off daily and must be reported to the correct authorities/ombudsman.
Just image all the prepaid people who are unaware of them deducting money.

Please refund me and unsubscribe me Smartcall Technologies!!!
