Good morning and Happy New Year.

I had a terrible NYE when switched on my device and received a sms saying I have a subscription to MOBthumbs. I immediately contacted my service provider Autopage who was very helpful. They said that my bill was over R1000 due to a this subscription. I told them I didn't subscribe to them and how can this company just place charges on my account. Autopage emailed them to cancel the subscription from my behalf and gave me a number to call. They also mentioned that STS does this often to cell users across all networks. I have been trying to contact Smartcall Technology Solutions since then and had no answer. I also sent several Smses to the unsubscribe number and all convienently failed. I did get through to Yvonne Sako today Ref#36950102. She was so unsympathetic and heartless at best. I was left in shock at her attitude. I understand she can't give a refund but she be helpful and human. Anyway she said she cancelled it but NO REFUND. They my money and refuse to help me with a refund. I thought the CPA was supposed to help us. I didn't give them my name or cell number or any authority to deduct my money. They number in question is 0746023695.
