Unable to unsubscribe

Somehow I wanted to press a song and it selected subscription for international cricket news and next thing I get an sms saying I have subscribed for this nonsense. There is nowhere where you can unsubscribe which I think is illegal especially that there is no request to confirm if you want to go ahead with subscription if you made erroneous selection. I called 173 and the lady I spoke to send them an email to unsubscribe me and two days later I am still getting these stupid sms at R2 a day. How do I unsubscribe?
