Taking money off airtime without my authorization

I realized money has been taken of my airtime daily. I contacted my service provider and they told me the company deducting airtime is Smart Call. I asked my provider to unsubscribe me, but they didn't. I phoned Smart Call yesterday (13 February 2013) to end my subscription with them. They told me I subscribe with them and they are taking R20.00 a day off my account. This is ridiculous. Why would I subscribe to a company and pay them R20.00 per day if I do not use their services. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND!!! and prove that I subscribed with them. They had no authority from me to take money off my airtime.
