Unauthorized Subscriptions

I upgrade my contract on Friday morning, that afternoon around 17:15 when I was at the movies my phone allegedly access a website and subscribe me to some kind of services. BUT I don't have any unsubscribe sms's, or for that matter sms's where it says I'm subscribed, related to this and can't get rid of them. I don't use ANY subscription services for downloading anything. I have wifi at home and office! I hardly use data.

I contacted CellC in regards to this Unauthorized Subscriptions and they refer me to other numbers. Now my cell number is suspended and no one seems to know how to cancel this Unauthorized Subscriptions that has incurred charges up to R280 in three days. I still have data, sms and minutes left which I can't use.

Help me sort this out. Poor service and allowing just anyone to make charges is unacceptable.
