I contacted Walton's on the 14th of January 2013 and I spoke to Marie, she asked me to fax my invoice and banking details which I did fax on the 17th and called her to check if she did receive? Marie confirmed that she received my fax and the refund will be processed before end of business on that day the (17th of january) and a week after I sent her an email to check if she need's anything else from me for her to refund me, but still no response!!! I sent almost 4 emails and called her almost everyday but I will get same answer everyday"please fax, I will process with refund before end of business" clearly this is so frustrating, I cannot be calling, emailing and phoning everyday and all I get is EMPTY PROMISES!!!

I phoned the Manager early last month and he promised to follow the matter and "He will get back to me" and to my suprise the very same person that I am complaining about she's the one who called me back and still kept a promise of refunding me BEFORE END OFBUSSINESS!!!

We are now on the 3rd month and still waiting for my refund before END OF BUSSiNESS... I have tried all sorts of communication and I have spent more than what I am claiming!!!
