No refund, poor communication

I am still waiting for my refund, and/or confirmation thereof. I supplied my banking details to Lazelle (I did not get the promised email, so I obtained her email address and supplied it to her) yesterday and she has not replied to my email or gotten back to me. I was in fact promised a refund 2 days ago already. I tried calling her offices on Friday nearing close of business and no response. I assume I will only get my refund next week. If this was the case i should have been kept in the loop.

This is quite frustrating. Simple things like this should be done with efficiency. Customers should not have to chase after companies for basic things, and especially so when you are catering to a high-end market. Customer service should not be below par, which my experience has shown that it is. Being polite is great, but useless if you don't follow through with action.

The lack of knowledge of the couriers was also frustrating and a further waste of my time.

This really should have been sorted out ages ago. I requested the return in the beginning of the month and it is now closer to the end of the month

No refund received yet and no compensation for any inconvenience caused. Not happy!
