Refund still not processed and BAD Service

I bought a groupon SPA voucher late 2012, when I tried to contact SARA SPA for a booking early 2013 I wasn't able to get through, I then called Groupon on 11 February they advised the SPA had closed down, and they would process a refund, the CS Rep that I spoke to advised that she would send an Email confirming our conversation and that I must respond to that mail with my Banking details, Which he did and I responded, on the 19th Feb my refund still hadn't been processed, I then called AGAIN I was told it hadn't been processed and I was supposed to get a call from someone in Refunds confirming my banking details, Guess what, I didn't get the call and the Refund wasn't processed, here I am this morning, I'm calling AGAIN, and I being told the same story that Refund Dept will process the refund and send me and EMAIL, this is Nonsense, KEEP your PROMISES!!!
