Kalahari does not deliver or refund

I ordered a computer mouse from Kalahari on the 26th of November. Expected delivery date was the 18th of December, which came and went without delivery. I contacted them mid-January via telephone and email. The person at the contact centre never called me back and it took a week to get an email reply. They told me the product was not available and cancelled the order on the 21st of January (I would have liked to replace it with a similar product), claiming per email that they would refund me within 3-5 working days (per Elzita Vlotman's email). After 7 days I still had not received a refund and started emailing them to which I never received replies. I called them again today (6th of February), and was told by Jeandre that she will call me back when she hear's from the refund department with which they only communicate via email. This is the worst, worst service ever, and I am sincerely glad that they record their phone calls, as all of the communication and promises of call-backs are on record. They actually had the audacity to send me an email this week asking me how I am enjoying my product. I would not recommend using Kalahari to anyone.
