On 29/10/13 I paid directly to Walton's for my son's stationery for 2014. I sent form with proof of payment to the school. Delivery to the school was promised for 13/11/13. No stationery arrived on phoning I was told my stationery would arrive with second batch. No delivery. On 4/12/13 after demanding a refund Lucille Riordan emails me and says it will be sent on 11/12/13 to the Table View Walton's branch. I ask if she could please ask them to call me when it is there. 11/12/13 comes and goes, no call so I phone Table View, no delivery, email Lucille and she says that it is still in Woodstock, I ask can they please phone me when it is in Table View her reply on email is that they can't ask other branches to phone customers! This is shocking service. I don't have a crystal ball to 'know' when it may arrive or not, I have paid R1076.76 in October and this is how I am treated. I ask her for a refund due to her lack of interest and refusal to just phone when box is at Table View (I have this proof on email) and now she ignores my emails. This is the worst service ever and no one with that attitude should be a manager. Please sort this out now!!!
