Failure to pay/Poor pathetic service

I did a co-payment of R2850 to Wilgeheuwel Hospital on 5/6/13 for a scope which was claimed & paid from Discovery on 19/6/13 to the Hospital. On 21/6/13 I spoke to Shavika at Life Healthcare accounts & confirmed the payment has been received & that I need to email proof of ID, bank statement in order to be reimbursed. Shavika received my docs and said she will forward to the relevant person, Marie Kotze. On the 26th I spoke to Marie who informed me that Shavika sent my docs to the incorrect person, Marie put me on hold & requested docs from Shavika, she in turn informed me that she will process the claim. She asked me to call in 2 days to follow up, I did & Marie confirmed that the payment was loaded for 28/6/13, she then asked me to call on 1/7/13 if I hadn't received payment. On 1/7/13, no payment and Marie says it now takes 7days from 1/7/13 to be processed as they do not refund for the 1st 7days month. I then called to speak to Maries senior and ended up with Credit Control Manager Jaco Pieterse who advised it takes 3 days from 1/7/13 & payment should be done by 4/7/13. Called Jaco today & he said that documents still need to be signed & he cant guarantee when pmt will be done
