No response to refund promised

Would just like to covey my deep frustration with groupon. I made a purchase of two items in November and due to their busy Christmas period could not deliver on time. When delivery was made I was not available. I called in January enquiring about my purchased product and was told that I could receive a refund as I did not want the products anymore. I called 8 times thereafter regarding my refund with no avail. I asked to speak to the manager Kelly Ane with whom she did not come to the phone but asked for me to email her my bank statements on the 16th of May. This was emailed previously to a consultant Lunga who did nothing about it. Kelly Anne sent an email the following week stating that my refund will be processed. I have sent her numerous email since then and even called to speak to her but no response. I called again and was referred to Natalie where my bank statements was requested for the third time. She promised that she will keep me updated on the status and that she will sort this out. It has been two weeks since and I have heard nothing. I am desperate for my refund since January. Please help!
