Unacceptable behaviou

We called the supplier to service our aircon unit which he had also previously installed as well as two others. We had an appointment for Tuesday 28/01/2014 which he did not keep and also did not bother to inform us. We called him on the day and he promised that he would be in the following. This also did not happen and no notification that he would not be able to attend to our problem.By this time we were fed up and found another supplier. I called him to notify him of this and was told by him that he is extremely busy. When I replied that that he never had the decency to inform us that he was unable to keep the appointment was "OK, OK! " and he promptly put the phone down in my ear.

We are also in business and if we had to treat our customers in the way that he sees fit, we would be out of business.

His behaviour was totally unprofessional and disappointing as we had supported him previously. He does not deserve our custom and potential clients should beware.
