Called the Medicross to make an emergency dental appointment on 2/4/13 as I was suffering from toothache for the entire Easter weekend and was given an appointment the same day, thankfully. However after the anaesthetic had worn off (the very same day) i was still suffering from pain and immediately called the receptionist to inform them as well as tell them that some of the filling had fallen out. I was told by one of the ladies (unfortunately did not get her name) that she would inform the dentist and get her to call me. Two hours later and almost the end of business I called them again to ask them not to forget about me as i was in alot of pain still. I was told by a receptionist called Mandi, wom that the dentist had already left and that she could only give me an appointment on Thurs 4/4/13. I asked to please see the dentist the next day and was told that there were no appointments available. Surely dentists and their receptionist make arrangements for these type of emergencies. Meanwhile I have to endure another two days of toothache. I find this to be very poor service delivery and very unprofessional. I also wonder if I am going to be charged for another consultation
