Classic Hair and Beauty Salon Complaint

I received a Groupon to do nails at Classic and Beauty Hair Salon for my birthday.

I called to book an appointment on a Tuesday and the phone just rang. I sent an email as stated on the Groupon and I had no response. I called again on the Thursday and only got through at about 3PM. The ladies at the salon didn't seem to have a clue about anything and said I should come in on the Friday at 12PM for my appointment.

I called in the next day to confirm my appointment and the phone went unanswered for about two hours. I also sent about 3 emails and there was no response.

I had to Google and search for an alternative number. I got through to the owner who told me she was at the dentist and the shop was closed!!! She then told me to come on Saturday at 10am because the shop opens at 9:30am?? I told her I was unable to because I had a wedding hence I wanted my nails done on that day..
No one called to inform me that my appointment would have to be cancelled.. And after the bad service I didn't feel confident going there..

I was actually shocked at the service because I buy a lot of goods from Groupon and didn't expect this..
The lady is very unprofessional and I am surprised this
