I have previously been to the Century City branch and assisted by Amelia. The service was so prompt and efficient that I even left a compliment in the book at the entrance.
Today I called from a company to try and get an appointment for my 3 Directors to change our name as well as eventually get our second business account card that we have been waiting for, for over 3 months.
I was told that the consultants do not have the "luxury" of making appointments and unfortunately they would have to come in on a "first come first serve basis" as it is a relatively busy branch. Might I remind you that we are opening our second business account with FNB, all 3 my directors are with FNB and all I am asking for is a 20min set appointment with a consultant as they are extremely busy and are never in the office at the same time?? Im not asking for VIP treatment here - just a simple appointment. With the motto " How can we help you ", one would think that its is not asking much to try an accommodate your elite clients. Not to mention the "too bad for you" attitude from Amelia .. total contradiction to your advertising!!!
