I purchased a groupon deal via the internet for a Lash Extentions with a vendor in Pretoria. I called the vendor to make an appointment. Unfortunately, my other appointment was cancelled for that day - and as I live in Middelburg MP, I couldn't just drive through to Pretoria for this appointment only. I had called the vendor in advance to inform her I'm cancelling my appointment. I logged my first refund request on October 17th, explaining that my location could be a problem for me to redeem this voucher. After my _10th email, I called the call centre - was on the phone for 20 minutes before somebody answered - Nasrudeen. He said it shows the voucher has been redeemed. I said it couldn't be, because I didn't go for the appointment and that I had called the vendor to cancel. He then asked I email an explanation of what happened. Which I did. Immediately! And followed up again the following day. And the following, and the following. NO FEEDBACK. I cc'd the [Email Removed] in each and every email. WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM HERE? I was a very loyal Groupon supporter previously... NOT ANY MORE!!!
