BAD SERVICE

I took a laptop contract @ fone choice, last year. then it had a screen problem, which i advised them and they came to collect it. they phoned saying i need log claim and they are sending me the claim forms. i called this year and they said they are sending the, i am still waiting and they debit my account while my laptop is with them. BAD SERVICE.
