Late for appointment, totally unprofessional!

I had an appointment for 08:30 at Dr Hantie Nienaber... @ Health Medical Centre in Jean Ave, Centurion, while I was waiting 3 other patients went in after 08:30. I waited till 08:50 and then left, because they are very unprofessional and have no respect for other peoples time, money or effort!!! After I told them im going to leave because i cant wait any longer, they called at 09:16 to find out where did I go... Do they really expect their clients to wait for 46 minutes??? It cost money to phone for an appointment, to drive there all for NOTHING except unfriendly service or NO service. When you arrive there, you are not even greeted by the reception staff or told where to wait nothing. The reception staff and dr Nienaber are all the most rude and unprofessional people in business I've ever seen! This is unacceptable from people who's suppose to actually have studied and obtained a degree, but have no people or business skills... Very sad, poor them!
