Missed Appointment Twice

I am writing this with great disappointment from Tracker. I am starting to doubt if Tracker really know what they are doing or even know what customer service is.
On the 15th June 2013 for 09h00 I had an appointment with Tracker to come an upgrade my tracking device from retrieve to alert. After waiting the whole day for a representative from Tracker to come and fit the unit no one came and Tracker did not even bother to contact me and inform me of what had caused them not come to fit the unit, it seems like they just forgot about the appointment and I had to arrange for another date 22 June 2013 for 13h30 and I was not surprised when they did not show today. For both appointments I received two sms confirming the appointment.
I've had it with this nonsense from Tracker as I had to cancel my personal plans two weekends in a row. Please cancel my contract with immediate effect and come remove the unit (retrieve) that is currently in my car as its clear you have enough business and don't need more. I'll take my business elsewhere.
