Rude insulting unprofessional behaviou

Enough is Enough! This woman has succeeded in offending me every trip to the beauty salon since she started working there. I am on a diet and losing weight. Her remark today was: "Be careful not to fall through your own po*phol if you keep losing weight like you do". The previous time she said: "Every time I see you, your is smaller". The time when I was a bit late and asked if she could accommodate me if I am 10 minutes late; she replied "No, you better come in when you can be on time". My friend also wanted an appointment for waxing but was a bit scared that it might be too painful and decided not to go through with the appointment and then she said "She is wasting my time! Next time she will have to show me she will keep the appointment. She acts as though she owns Dis-chem and can treat clients with no integrity and respect. I have never been so ill treated and then had to pay for the service. I will cancel my two weekly laser appointment and brow shaping appointment and will rather support another salon who knows how to respect their clients and treat them with integrity.
