Just disgraceful

Ooked a pick up early from Johannesburg. As a fee (monthly subs) paying member I thought this would be straightforward - . Got a pick up from saddlebrook (look on google etc so easy to find) and then a longgggg wait, eventually got a call and told them where it was - go down main - look for signs after kylami castle. longer wait with nothing. Ended up calling them 7 times and getting mad as calls were not answered or dropped or just cut off - sooo disgraceful. Eventually got a 'supervisor ' who promised to call back in 5 mins - needless to say he didn't. Ended up calling someone else as this is just so bad. I don't know you guys are doing or even if your owners/managers know what is going on but you guys need to seriously catch a WAKE UP and sort your business out as this is just plain. I pay you a monthly fee and you FAIL and if I was to carry on after this so would I so Goodbye.
