I received the worst service in my life at German Ultimate Spares.

At the end of November 2013 I left my BMW with German Ultimate Spares, located in Alberton GP, to fix an overheating problem. I paid them half of the total upfront. They informed me the vehicle would be ready in a seven working days. I was shocked at their said efficiency. A month later I still did not have my car and the manager and owner were avoiding my calls. I drove from the northern suburbs over 5 times to discuss the progress with my car. Each occasion they had a fabricated response.

Two months later, after paying the balance, I received my vehicle. The vehicle was still having the same overheating problem, to make matters worse, my starter, prop-shaft, window and locks were not working. Theses issues had no association with my original problem. I returned the car to the service provider only after 3 days and they refuse to fix the overheating problem. Oh, may I add that I have a receipt which states I have a one year warranty.

I have now contacted the police and the courts to resolve this problem.

Do not make the mistake of using Ultimate Spares. They are criminals posing as an auto workshop.
