Good Fellas
Terrible service from Good Fellas

This past weekend our daughter and 2 of her friends went out to celebrate her 21st birthday. When they were almost ready to leave, they called Good Fellas and were told that there would be a 30-45 minute wait. After an hour they phoned again and were told that they would have to wait another hour. At this stage, the restaurant they had been at had closed, and the 3 girls were forced to wait outside on the street in an unsavoury area late at night. After repeated phone calls to Good Fellas, they were told that they would have to wait a further hour, at which stage they cancelled Good Fellas and phoned us to fetch them. Good Fellas response was unsatisfactory as they merely offered to waive the cancellation fee.
