Terrible service

They promised to pick my thing up on the 08 April but ended up picking my things on the 16 April and would not call to explain what is going on and would wait for me to call them and give me stories. after i had paid for the truck to pick up my things

then they promised me to compensate me by paying 30% of the storage invoice but are not paying 17% . and when i call them she screams at me and say that I'm at fault and gives me attitude.
