Saturday i did my monthly shopping at Pick n pay, but my card is declined, I retry the card, only after the 2nd decline, does the cashier tell me that the system is offline. I then revert to paying cash... leaving the store I get a sms confirming payment. STD bank confirmed the payment has definitely gone through, meaning I actually paid DOUBLE for my groceries. I go back to Pick n pay, Thabo the store manager says that he will query with their accounts dep and I will have to wait until Monday. He tells me they will maybe call me the following day to COLLECT my money!!! All this extra costs on petrol??Monday he phones to say he will sort it out, and I'll get refunded, and he will call me back... to date I have not received a call from him?? Since then, i have been calling Pick n Pay DAILYdoing their dirty work!! No getting any answers from anyone! I then phoned AGAIN today to speak to Thabo, and was put on hold for over 30mins that I eventually had to hang up, I tried again, the same thing happens!!! Who will reimburse me on all the time and money spent??MY DEBIT ORDERS WILL REVERSE, WHICH WILL AFFECT MY CREDIT RATING AND I WILL INCUR REVERSAL COSTS. I WANT MY MONEY!!!
