Driver asking for a bribe - Good Fellas deny

I was recently collected by a Good Fellas driver after a night out with some work colleagues. After dropping my colleagues off at their hotel, the Good Fellas driver, knowing full well that I was in no state to drive responsibly attempted to solicit a bribe from me to take me home. Fortunately I was in a position to tell him to get lost and stayed with my colleagues at their hotel.

I then contacted Good Fellas call centre who now claim that they have no record of me being picked up - despite the fact that there were 5 of us in the vehicle. Good Fellas are effectively denying that we were collected at all. However, they debited my account this morning for the pick up. So no responsibility with regards to their driver effectively abandoning me but they are quite happy to collect funds for something they do not believe happened. Shocking service, disgraceful handling of the situation and extremely unethical. I have since cancelled my membership and warn others out there not to rely on a service that takes no responsibility. They are driving you home in your own car - you should be able to trust them, do you at your own risk!
