Good Fellas continues to take our money while lyin

The last 11 times we phoned Good Fellas to come pick us up they were on time 4 of the times.
And this is a service that we are paying for every month. When me and my flatmate joined we paid R300/month and received in exchange 25KM for each month and R11 per KM extra for each KM we went over that limit. At the current rate we're paying R360 per month with each extra KM at about R14 extra per KM.
But here's the problem Good Fellas aren't turning up!! Yeah sure when you phone them on a Tuesday morning and ask them to pick you up 93 days later, they will probably turn up, but that's just not good anymore.
The service they promise is peace of mind. Plain and simple. You pay the R360 so that you know you can go out partying and phone them to come pick you up and everything will be fine.
But the last 5 times that we phoned them on a Saturday, they were just not there. The last time, we went out for a friend's 30th and we though it would be a good idea to book in advance. So we phoned them at 9 PM to come fetch us at midnight. But yet again, we waited until 2Am and no-one showed up so my girlfriend had to drive home, and she was defnititnely over the limit. Unacceptable!!!
