Good Day, the service you offer does not equal the money we spend on you, i tried calling the call centre at first i cant get through when i do i spend 10 minutes holding, then 5 minutes waiting for the supervisor who told her subordinate that she must not call back and can only do that at 8pm during her lunch... consultant Mantombi was not helpful even the Supervisor Nikky Kekana on duty refuse to take accountability because they are busy... while i have waited for 20 minutes i am told to wait again? this is just pathetic as i spend money calling you guys on VAS rate on top of that, the internet self service is also useless and not user friendly, the IVR why do you have it if am going to be asked the same question again? Marlon Sampson, they say you are the Customer Care manager can you kindly try to improve the process that you guys have they holding is pathetic to be told that they can help you? a government hospital is better at least you dont expect anything... you guys sort the call centre out... managers are saying they are busy and they cant help you while u r on the call? after telling her her job she decide to do what i have been saying for 20 minutes?
