Failed on first attempt - Goodbye

Joined Buddy@Out / Goodfellas about three months ago. Decided to try them for the first time on Saturday night... phoned them early in the evening to make sure I was registered and that there would be no problems when I booked. They promised to maker sure everything was fine with my membership and phone me back... they didn't. That's all I need to know about Good Fellas... when you need them you will have to trust them, and I don't... done deal. Cancelling with Outsurance this morning.
