Would like my money back

I have bought biker boots monster oneil at suzuki a week before christmas, they had to order because they didnt have stocki have ordered a size 9 because my fiance old shoes was a 9 when we recieved it, it was to small took it back and asked if they could order a size 10 instead but over christmas time the rep was off and only got a reply back after new year and they told me that the boots was discontinued and could order a size 10 we had a lok at orther boots but my fiance wasnt happy and asked if he could rather have his money back. R2450.00 the sales person told us that he will ask his boss Jaco. i got a phine call back and there was said that they cant give us our money back and to rather buy other boots but there is none that my fiance likes. What must we do? I personally wont purchase any thing there again. I would like my money back please what can i do.
