KIA DOES NOT HONOUR ITS WARRANTEE!!

I notice that KIA is one of the companies that do not respond - I can understand that, because their CEO is more "off into the country already... " than in his office - especially Friday afternoons early.
I bought my first (and last) Kia Sorento new in 2008 and the deal carries a 10 year 150000km warrantee.
The car has always been driven carefully and received all its services as prescribed. Since new it presented problems with injectors under- and over-filling. I took the car in to their workshops many a time and they once told me that the injectors had been replaced with new - which I now strongly doubt.
In Nov 2012 the car stalled and it could not be started. Kia told me that the engine needed overhauling and it took them almost three months to do that! When I got it back, the car was sluggish and very heavy on diesel. The car was returned to the workshop and I said that they could have it "as long as they liked", if they would only cure the problem. When I got the car back it was powerless and very heavy on fuel!!
Needlees to say, I took it back and the car has now been with them since 19.10.13. Total workshop time : 9 months!
Please investigate.
